Sydney residents will have a rare chance to try the famous American fast-food chain In-N-Out Burger this Wednesday. The chain is hosting a one-day pop-up event at the Coogee Bay Hotel.
The pop-up will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering some of In-N-Out’s best-known menu items. Visitors can enjoy the iconic Double-Double burger, which features two beef patties, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and the chain’s signature sauce.
Fans will also have the chance to try the popular Animal Style burger, a secret-menu favorite. This version includes mustard-cooked patties, grilled onions, extra cheese, pickles, and a generous serving of secret sauce. For those looking for a low-carb choice, the Protein Style burger is available, swapping the bun for lettuce wraps.
In a statement shared with the Daily Mail, the company invited those who have never tried In-N-Out to visit the special event and experience their fresh, made-to-order food.
Founded in California in 1948, In-N-Out has gained a loyal following worldwide thanks to its simple menu of fresh burgers, fries, and shakes. The chain is known for never using frozen ingredients and for owning and operating all its stores rather than franchising. This helps maintain high quality across locations.
Though In-N-Out has no permanent stores in Australia, its pop-up events here always draw large crowds and fuel ongoing demand for a permanent presence.
For context, In-N-Out store managers earn over $160,000 USD (around AUD 245,000) annually, one of the highest salaries in the fast-food sector.
