Wendy’s And Cheez-It Team Up for Limited-Edition Baconator Crackers This Summer

CHICAGO, IL — Wendy’s, the well-known fast food chain, is joining forces with popular snack brand Cheez-It to launch a new product this summer. The collaboration will bring Wendy’s famous Baconator burger flavor to a crunchy cracker form.

The new Cheez-It x Wendy’s Baconator Crackers will hit store shelves nationwide in July for a limited time. According to the companies, this snack combines the iconic cheesy crunch of Cheez-It with the savory taste of Wendy’s Baconator.

Wendy’s Baconator is famous for its fresh beef patties, American cheese, six pieces of crispy applewood smoked bacon, Heinz ketchup, and mayo. The crackers aim to capture these flavors in every bite, delivering the classic burger experience in a snack.

Cara Tragseiler, senior brand director for Cheez-It, said, “Cheez-It fans love our signature cheesy flavor baked with real cheese. Partnering with Wendy’s allowed us to create a bold new snack that brings the Baconator’s craveable taste to the cracker aisle.”

Lindsay Radkoski, U.S. chief marketing officer for Wendy’s, added, “This partnership combines two iconic brands. We reimagined the Baconator burger flavor with Cheez-It’s cheesy crunch to give fans a unique snack they can enjoy anytime.”

In addition to stores, the crackers and a special Cheez-It x Wendy’s Baconator bundle will be available exclusively at CheezIt.com. The bundle includes the crackers and a Wendy’s Frosty keychain tag, with free shipping offered using the code “CHEEZBURGER.”

Cheez-It’s parent company, Kellanova, also owns popular brands like Pop-Tarts, Pringles, Eggo, and Special K. Wendy’s, founded in 1969, operates over 7,000 restaurants worldwide and employs hundreds of thousands of people.
