Chipotle Mexican Grill is set to open a new location in East Aurora on May 13. The restaurant, known for its bowls, burritos, and quesadillas, will be located at 168 Main Street. It will operate daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is currently hiring about 30 employees for the new site.
This East Aurora outlet will join only a few Chipotle locations in Western New York, with the nearest one currently in Blasdell on Milestrip Road. The new restaurant will be situated near the village’s main roundabout, in a plaza close to several other local eateries.
The arrival of Chipotle adds a national chain option to East Aurora’s vibrant dining scene, which already includes multiple local Mexican restaurants such as Left Coast Taco, Arriba Tortilla, and Las Brasas. The expansion reflects Chipotle’s ongoing growth in the region and offers residents a convenient new choice for fast-casual Mexican cuisine.
