Wendy’s has teamed up with two well-known brands to make its Frosty dessert even more delicious.
Customers can now enjoy a chocolate Frosty mixed with brownie batter and Oreo cookie pieces. There’s also a vanilla Frosty swirled with strawberry sauce and chunks of Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry Crunchy Poppers. A third option features a Frosty blended with caramel sauce and crunchy toffee pieces.
Called Frosty Fusions, these three new flavors mark Wendy’s most indulgent Frosty offerings since the frozen treat was first introduced in 1969. Over the years, the Frosty has mostly stayed the same, with occasional additions like vanilla and seasonal flavors.
“Frosty has been on Wendy’s menu for 55 years and is one of the most iconic frozen treats in American culture,” said Lindsay Radkoski, Wendy’s U.S. Chief Marketing Officer. “We’re expanding on our beloved Frosty so when a sweet tooth strikes, the choice is easy for consumers: It’s Gotta Be Wendy’s.”
Earlier this year, Wendy’s tested a limited-time Girl Scouts Thin Mints Frosty flavor during the winter season. Unlike that seasonal option, the new Frosty Fusions are now regular menu items. They join the existing Frosty Swirls, which are candy-free versions of the dessert.
Since their launch in April, Frosty Swirls have been available nationwide in both chocolate and vanilla. Customers can choose from brownie batter, strawberry, or caramel swirls.
So if you’re craving a sweet treat, Wendy’s new Frosty Fusions and Frosty Swirls are now available at all Wendy’s restaurants and drive-thrus across the country. Time to grab your car keys and head over!
