Foley Ranch Boots & BBQ is serving up exciting new dishes and cocktails, aiming to delight both longtime fans and new visitors. The updated menu blends the restaurant’s signature barbecue flavors with fresh, inventive options.
“We’re thrilled to launch our updated menu, which features beloved favorites alongside brand-new BBQ-inspired creations designed to please every palate,” said Chef David Cox. “At Foley Ranch, our goal is to bring Montana hospitality to the Wild West—and that all starts with our food.”
The new menu offers a variety of tasty choices, including:
Smoky Garlic Chicken Sandwich ($19): Flame-grilled chicken with sharp American cheese, applewood bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Prime Rib French Dip ($20): Slow-smoked tender prime rib served on a toasted hoagie roll with creamy horseradish and au jus.
Smoked BBQ Beef Rib ($42): A massive 3.5-pound beef rib rubbed and smoked for 10 hours, served with a loaded baked potato. Available Fridays after noon only.
Prime Rib ($42): A 12-ounce slow-smoked prime rib with loaded baked potato, au jus, and creamy horseradish.
Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese Skillet ($14): Ditalini pasta in a creamy four-cheese sauce topped with crushed kettle chips for crunch.
Sweet Chile Shrimp Skewers ($18): Flame-grilled shrimp and vegetables seasoned with bold spices and brushed with sweet chili glaze.
Buffalo Chicken Salad ($18): Romaine lettuce, cheddar, tomato, red onion, crispy buffalo chicken, and ranch dressing.
Mason Jar Red Velvet Cake ($10): Layers of rich red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting topped with whipped cream.
The menu also introduces new drinks and specials:
Rotating local draft beers.
Spicy Prickly Pear Lemonade ($13): A cocktail with Tito’s vodka, prickly pear syrup, lemon juice, lemonade, and jalapeño.
Espresso Martini ($10): Made with vanilla vodka, espresso liqueur, Bailey’s Irish cream, cold brew coffee, and espresso beans.
Cowgirl Sunset ($10): A refreshing mix of premium vodka, watermelon pucker, cranberry, and orange juice, served in a 16-ounce cowboy boot. It can also be ordered as a team drink for four, served in a cowboy hat for $40.
