BENGALURU — Homegrown pizza chain Brik Oven has unveiled its 10th outlet in Bengaluru, introducing a new hybrid concept called The Pizza and Coffee Shop. Located in HSR Layout, the latest venue brings together wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, specialty coffee, house-made cheeses, and an all-day breakfast menu under one roof.
The new format is designed to offer a diverse culinary experience. It includes Roman-style pizza slices, pretzel bagel sandwiches, sourdough beignets, and a coffee program built around 100% Arabica beans. A standout feature is a dedicated slice counter for Roman-style pizza — a first for Bengaluru.
The space combines thoughtful design with craftsmanship. A wood-fired oven, clad in recycled mosaic tiles, serves as the kitchen’s centerpiece, while furniture crafted by artisans from North India adds a touch of traditional artistry. A long open counter allows guests to watch food being prepared, aligning with Brik Oven’s focus on transparency and handcrafted food.
The new all-day breakfast menu is currently available at the HSR Layout, Manyata, and Bellandur locations.
Founders Anirudh Nopany and Sreeram Anvesh describe the format as a “love letter to food and community.” They say the concept is meant to reflect evolving dining habits and a growing demand for casual, multifunctional spaces where people can eat, relax, and connect.
Brik Oven started nearly 10 years ago as a two-person operation on Church Street. The launch of The Pizza and Coffee Shop signals a strategic expansion aimed at adapting to changing consumer preferences and offering more flexible, experience-driven dining.
With this move, Brik Oven continues to strengthen its presence in Bengaluru’s food scene while pushing the boundaries of traditional pizzerias.
