JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Chick-fil-A restaurant at the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard officially reopened Tuesday after a full rebuild.
Local Owner-Operator Melinda Sowers continues to lead the location, which has served the Jacksonville community for more than 15 years. During the reopening, Sowers and her team honored K9s For Warriors, a local nonprofit that pairs service dogs with military veterans. Representatives from the organization were invited to raise the American flag and were recognized for their contributions to the community.
The redesigned restaurant features several updates, including a new playground, a dual-lane drive-thru, and a dedicated drive-thru lane for mobile orders.
Chick-fil-A Atlantic & Hodges now employs 110 team members, according to the company.
