FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is set to open Monday on Fort Wayne’s north side, creating 120 new jobs for the community.
Located at 4773 Dupont Road, the restaurant will operate daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., except Sundays when it will be closed. This will be Chick-fil-A’s fourth location in Fort Wayne, joining existing spots inside Glenbrook Square Mall, in the parking lot outside the mall on Coliseum Boulevard, and at Apple Glen Crossing.
The new site was proposed in June 2024. To celebrate the grand opening, franchise owner PJ Strength and his team are inviting customers to come dressed in cow-themed outfits. Those who wear either a full cow suit or even a simple cow-print accessory can receive a free entree or kids meal, redeemable at the restaurant or drive-thru.
“Early in my career, I realized Chick-fil-A wasn’t just about food, it was about creating spaces where people feel seen and valued,” said Strength. “Fort Wayne has become home for my family over the past three years, and I’m excited to continue building something meaningful here — both in how we serve our Guests and how we support our community.”
Strength has owned the Glenbrook Square location since 2022. The new Dupont Road restaurant will also feature a playground for families dining with children, adding a family-friendly touch to the dining experience.
