Wendy’s is giving away free medium Frosty Fusions this week as part of Grubhub’s seasonal savings event. The offer includes all three new Frosty Fusion flavors.
The Frosty is Wendy’s take on a milkshake but is thicker than shakes from McDonald’s or Shake Shack. The classic Frosty has been mostly unchanged over the years, but earlier this month, Wendy’s introduced a new twist by adding mix-ins, creating the Frosty Fusion line.
These new Frosty Fusions combine either the Vanilla or Chocolate Frosty with a sweet sauce and crunchy mix-ins, similar to McDonald’s McFlurry or Dairy Queen’s Blizzard. Wendy’s senior editor Courtney Kassel sampled all three flavors and said there were “no misses.”
From now until May 25, Grubhub+ members can get a free medium Frosty Fusion with a $20 order or more at Wendy’s. This deal is part of the “Gold Days” savings event exclusive to Grubhub’s premium takeaway and delivery service members. The event also offers discounts on groceries and other fast food deals.
Amazon Prime members automatically qualify for Grubhub+ for free, making them eligible for this Frosty Fusion promotion.
The new Frosty Fusion flavors available include Pop-Tarts Strawberry, Oreo Brownie, and Caramel Crunch. Unlike previous free Frosty giveaways, this promotion offers a medium size, so customers can even share if they want.
For those looking to reach the $20 minimum order, Wendy’s recently launched a new sandwich and a tropical drink inspired by summer flavors.
