A new Chick-fil-A attraction in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is bringing fun and imagination to families. The interactive, miniature Chick-fil-A exhibit at Discovery Playhouse, a children’s museum, offers a unique way for kids to engage in creative play while learning about the restaurant experience.
The exhibit, designed to resemble a real Chick-fil-A restaurant in a child-friendly format, allows children and families to step into various roles, such as team members or customers, for an immersive experience.
Key features of the exhibit include:
Order Counter: Equipped with a pretend cash register, order pads, and a full menu board, this section lets kids take and fulfill orders just like real restaurant staff.
Play Food: Faux Chick-fil-A menu items, made to look realistic (but not edible), allow children to “prepare” and “serve” meals.
Uniforms & Accessories: Miniature uniforms, including aprons and hats, help kids fully engage in role-playing.
Seating Area: A dining space with tables and chairs where pretend guests can sit and “enjoy” their meals.
The exhibit is decorated with Chick-fil-A’s signature red and white colors, along with the brand’s recognizable logo and decor, creating an authentic atmosphere.
In addition to fostering creativity, the exhibit encourages the development of valuable skills such as communication, teamwork, and basic customer service—all in a fun, interactive setting for children.
