Las Vegas is about to get a new way to indulge in gourmet burgers.
Naughty Patty’s, a smash burger spot known for its edgy style, is set to open this summer at Block 16 Urban Food Hall in Las Vegas. The brand features Patty, a pin-up mascot with a naughty list that fans will want to join.
Before the official opening, Naughty Patty’s is hosting a pop-up event at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. On Saturday, May 24 at 6 p.m., the pop-up will offer free burgers and prizes for one night only. The first 25 fans in line will receive a “Naughty Pass,” which grants free Naughty Patty’s burgers for a whole year, and a mention on Patty’s naughty list.
The location of the pop-up is semi-secret. Naughty Patty’s will announce it on their Instagram account, @NaughtyPattys, on the day of the event. Everyone who attends can enjoy a free burger, fries, and a creamy frozen concrete dessert.
Naughty Patty’s is not your typical fast food. The brand embraces an edgy image but focuses heavily on quality and flavor.
Mark Crane, executive chef at The Cosmopolitan, said the team spent a lot of time developing the burger. “We put a lot of research and development into this burger,” he said. “We ended up with something we’re very proud of and that tastes great. It really stands out.”
The smash burger features a special blend of seasoned ground chuck, brisket, and short rib. It is served on a potato roll with a secret sauce inspired by classic ketchup, mayo, and pickle flavors.
“We wanted to create bolder flavors,” said Crane. “We really amped up the taste.” The fries are coated with a spicy seasoning similar to furikake, making them anything but ordinary.
For dessert, the frozen concretes come with fun toppings like strawberry shortcake and Oreo. They are served with color-changing spoons that shift color when in contact with the frozen treats and warm mouths.
More details about the official grand opening of Naughty Patty’s will be shared this summer. The Block 16 Urban Food Hall, where Naughty Patty’s will be located, also features popular spots such as Bāng Bar by Momofuku, District Doughnut, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, the mezcal lounge Ghost Donkey, Lardo sandwich shop, and Tekka Hand Roll and Sake. The food hall is open until 10 p.m. on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
